This particular pocket was situated on the Greenbank Vein and was discovered in April 2022.
As the name suggests, the characteristic of the packet is the drusy Quartz, yet the fluorite associated with the Quartz is stunning in itself. this forms vibrant emerald green cubic crystals, typically high transparency and often very gemmy. The Quartz in this pocket grades from almost colourless, black and then to pure snow white, all colours complement the fluorite.
In direct daylight, the fluorite exhibits mild natural fluorescence, but under direct LWUV light, the prisms glow bright violet, framed with lavender white edges.
