Yaogangxian (YGX) Mine is the oldest Tungsten mine in China with mining activities begun in 1904. Since then, more than 308 minerals have been discovered, including many new minerals discovered for the first time in the world.
A stunning specimen with jet black hematite encrusted cubes and an icy centre. This specimen cluster is as glassy as they come! This specimen has many glass like “windows” enabling a view directly into the centre of the specimen. Also purple zoning can be seen throughout.
